Subprocessors and third-party services
This page describes service provider categories that may process data for Homefold by ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD when needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Apple
Purpose: App Store distribution, iOS platform services, Apple Sign In, device permission controls, and in-app system frameworks such as document import, calendar, reminders, and account authentication flows. Region: Apple uses global infrastructure and region handling under its own terms.
Homefold backend and database
Purpose: The Homefold backend stores and processes account data, Personal space data, Home data, Public Event data, uploaded content, documents, tasks, contacts, conversation state, account deletion requests, and data export requests needed to provide the app. Processing may occur in Australia, New Zealand, or other locations where ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD and its infrastructure providers operate the service.
Cloudflare
Purpose: DNS, HTTPS edge protection, reverse proxy or tunnel services, and public website delivery/security where configured. Cloudflare may process limited technical and traffic data through its global edge network.
AI-assisted processing provider
Purpose: AI-assisted organization of user-submitted notices, documents, screenshots, images, files, summaries, extracted dates, tasks, and conversation replies where the Homefold backend enables those features. AI-assisted processing may involve service providers operating outside Australia and New Zealand, subject to provider terms, security controls, and data protection settings selected by ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD.
Support email provider
Purpose: Processing support, privacy, deletion, export, security, and complaint emails sent to [email protected]. Support email data may be processed where ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD and its email service providers operate. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.
Public website statistics
Purpose: The public website uses Umami for basic website visit statistics so ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD can understand page visits and improve public information about Homefold. This is for the public website, not an iOS app v1 product-event SDK.
App diagnostics, crash, and purchase providers
Based on the current iOS app implementation reviewed for v1, Homefold does not include a third-party crash reporting SDK, performance diagnostics SDK, app product-event measurement SDK, subscription provider, or in-app purchase provider. If any of these are added later, this page, the Privacy Policy, and App Store privacy answers should be updated before release.
Updates
We may update this page when subprocessors, service categories, providers, or processing regions change in a way that materially affects user data handling.
