Delete your Homefold account
Homefold supports account deletion from inside the iOS app and by support request if you cannot access the app. Homefold is operated by ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD.

Delete from the iOS app
- Open Homefold.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
In short: Profile > Settings > Delete account.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers account and profile data, login sessions, Home invite links or codes, your private Personal space, cloud Home spaces you own or are authorized to delete, Public Events you created, uploaded notices, documents, screenshots, images, files, tasks, family records, contacts, attachments, summaries, and processing results.
Shared and public content
Content in a Home you do not own, and Public Events created by others, may remain with the owner or organizer. We remove your membership and personal contributions where required, subject to the retention limits below.
Records we may retain
We may retain minimum records required for legal, safety, anti-fraud, abuse-handling, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention. The first release has no subscription, in-app purchase, or paywall, so Homefold v1 does not retain subscription or purchase records.
Processing timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or technical reasons. Backup copies and logs may take additional time to expire from routine systems.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] from the account email where possible and include "Account deletion" in the subject. We may verify account ownership before deleting data.
