Account deletion Users can initiate deletion in the iOS app from Profile, Settings, Delete account. Users can also contact [email protected] if they cannot access the app.
Data categories Account data, Personal space records, Home records and members, user-submitted text and files, documents, tasks, contacts, Public Event details and participant/RSVP data, optional calendar/reminders display data, support requests, and security/service records.
Permissions Camera for scanning Home and Public Event QR codes and notice capture where available. Calendar and reminders are optional and used to display user-authorized system items alongside the Homefold calendar.
User-generated content (Guideline 1.2) Public Events and shared content are user-generated. A published EULA/Terms and Community guidelines prohibit objectionable content and abusive behavior; anyone can report content; we remove violating content and eject violating users, typically within 24 hours; organizers can remove participants; users can block abusive users by request. Kids category Homefold is intended for adults and is not directed to children. It is not submitted to the Kids category and does not create accounts for children. A Family Home is an adult-managed household space.
Pricing and purchases The first iOS App Store release is free and has no active subscription, in-app purchase, paid token plan, paywall, or purchase records. Future paid plans require updated terms, pricing, App Store metadata, and privacy disclosures before release.
No tracking Homefold does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
No sale of personal data Homefold does not sell personal data.
App diagnostics and usage posture Based on the current iOS app implementation, v1 does not include a third-party crash reporting SDK, performance diagnostics SDK, or app product-event measurement SDK. The public website uses static HTML/CSS plus an Umami website statistics script.
